Nursery
Our care for the little ones of WBC begins in our nursery where loving attendants supervise play and interact with the children.
2’s & 3’s
The 2’s & 3’s enjoy a short Bible Story and related activity each Sunday.
4’s and 5’s
Every Sunday, the 4’s & 5″s enjoy a time of music followed by a fun-filled class that includes a Bible lesson, activities, games, and a snack. It is a wonderful time to create in them desire to know and love God.
Praise Factory (1st-6th grade)
After participating with the church body in worship, they are dismissed to Praise Factory. During their time in Praise Factory they will be taught key biblical truths through dramatized stories and then experience these truths reinforced through scripture memory, review activities and theme-related snacks. Our goal is to see the children grow in their knowledge of who God is and what He has done for them, through His Son, Jesus and then to choose place their faith in Christ and follow Him in obedience. Our Mission Statement – “partner with parents to lead their children to Christ and build in them a solid faith that guides their lives and impacts the world around them.”
Annual Children’s Events
Vacation Bible School: Each summer, we have a week-long VBS where children who attend have fun as they learn more about God and the Bible, play games, sing songs, makes crafts and enjoy snacks. Here is an overview from our June 2019 VBS.
Trunk or Treat: Join us in October for our annual Trunk ‘R Treat, which is a fun and safe alternative to trick-or-treating. Bring the kids in costume to our parking lot and find decorated cars with treats and games in their trunks! This event is usually on the Sunday night closest to Halloween.
