Grady Landrum

Elder

Grady was born into a military family and never lived in one town for more than 4 years and three months until he moved to Wichita for a job. He recently retired from Wichita State University as the Director of Disability Services. He has a BA in communications from Eastern New Mexico University, and a MA in Counseling from Western Seminary. He and his wife Janet have been married for 32 years and have attended Wichita Bible Church for over 25 years.

At the age of 17 Grady had a serious car accident which left him paralyzed and he uses a wheelchair for mobility. Using a wheelchair has provided him many opportunities for traveling throughout the USA by serving on the board of directors for two national organizations who work with people who have disabilities.  Outside of work he loves participating in and watching sports, and taking trips with his wife to visit our National Parks and wildlife refuges.

Warren Ryan

Elder

Warren is a native Kansan, having grown up in rural Reno County. He came to Christ as a senior in high school, then began attending Wichita Bible Church shortly thereafter, when he moved to Wichita to attend Wichita State University. After completing his training to become a Physician Assistant in 1981, he and his new wife Karen moved to western Kansas for a few years, before returning to Wichita (and Wichita Bible Church) in 1985.

He enjoys home projects, tinkering on cars, fiddling on computers and gadgets, and has always had a deep love for music. He and his wife have seven children (all are boys except for six of them) and they are just embarking on the grandparenting phase of their lives, which entices them with travels to visit those new additions to the family.
